The iconic character, Princess Sarah is back in the limelight. And now, not on television, but as a subject of funny memes in the social media especially on Facebook.
The Japanese anime's memes are getting viral by having lots of shares in the social media. I don't have any idea who's behind this virality. Yet, it really caught the attention of many, for the reason that they may have noticed lots of conversation in the tagalized version of it mentioning "potatoes." Lots and lots and lots of potatoes. Aside from that, other characters have also been the subject of other memes- Ms. Minchin, Lavinia, Lottie, Becky, Peter, and Ermengarde.

Ooops, thanks for these memes, a recent announcement by ABS-CBN (the mother network here in the Philippines where it has been showed years ago) has decided to let the "Sarah, Ang Munting Prinsesa" be back on television, along with "Marcelino Pan y Vino" this October 2014.
