R.MA MON LUK Restaurant And its Famous MAMI & SIOPAO
Whenever I visit the Church of Quiapo and after attending the mass on Sunday. At Ma Mon Luk Restaurant, I will always stop to satisfy my cravings for their famous Mami and Siopao servings. It is a famous Chinese restaurant located at 545 - 549 Quezon Blvd. 307 Corner Gonzalo Puyat Street, Quiapo Manila.
It was named after Ma Mon Luk, a Chinese immigrant, and is now considered one of Manila's oldest restaurants. He is the creator of the well-known Mami (a noodle soup) and Siopao (steamed bun).

They open from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Monday to Sunday and have another branch located at 412 Quezon Avenue, Tatalon, Quezon City. But the one I always visit to eat with my friends is in Quiapo, Manila.
The place is actually very simple like the vibe of the 1930s with there marble tables and old fashioned design that preserves its history. You will also notice that the restaurant has been featured several times on newspapers and magazines from the frames displayed.

Some people have bad feedback about the customer service of waiters in the restaurant, but based on my personal experience, they are really busy and usually do multiple tasks just to accommodate the endless entry of customers, especially the restaurant can only accommodate about 50 customers and you really have to wait for available seats.
If you want to avoid long queues, you can order via telephone (02) 733 7596 because they also offer deliveries. The average cost for two people is Php. 550.00
Overall, I will give this restaurant 8.5/10 ratings for the mouthwatering siopao, which is my favorite and delightful noodle soup (mami). I'm sure I'll go back with my friends!
