As many of you have noticed, they have plenty of posters and promotions that are cheap and affordable. My Experience at NICE HOTEL - Arayat, Cubao
As a traveler, it's always nice to have a cozy accommodation after a long day of escapades. It was already late night when I arrived in Araneta Center Cubao Station after my trip to Tanay Rizal. Fortunately, the hotel is very close to the LRT station. It is also accessible to food chains, drugstores, malls, and convenience stores, so you won't have a problem buying supplies you needed.
So when I got in and went to the front desk to book, I observed that the lobby is not that spacious. But I'm glad they've got friendly staff.
I was given the VIP Room because Deluxe Rooms are fully booked but gave it to me as a deluxe room price which is cool and accommodating. But compared to other hotels I have checked in, the rate is still high, not transparent to the campaign advertising they promote.

So far, the room given to me is clean. Aircon and room lights are controlled by a comfortable bed switch. The room is nice, but what I don't like is an analog TV that doesn't show a clear channel and there's no WiFi. The bathroom is clean and the heater works.
Overall, I'll give them 6/10 because of the following: no Wi-Fi, TV has no clear channels and no food menu. They need to improve their facilities and amenities, especially the location is a good market place.
