3. Joomla – one of the most popular open source CMS (Content Management Framework) for web publishing.

4. Wattpad – This is an online community for reading and writing. If you are a user, you post anything like essay, poetry etc.

5. Tumblr – If you want to create a photo blog, then this hosting site will be one of the best sites to start. This is a micro-blogging and social media community where you can post anything.

6. Hubpages – Wanted to earn from blogging without doing too much in terms of site construction? Then Hubpages best fits you! They have already the medium, community and the system on how to monetize your blogs. All you need to do is to create good “hubs” that will generate continues traffic.

8. Weebly – I have tried using this site and they have an easy platform for you to create the elements of your blog. In creating a blog for them, all you need to do is to drag elements which you wanted to appear on your blog. Pretty fast and simple!

9. LiveJournal – This is a Russia social online community and at the same time service where you can express yourself freely like a live diary, essay, poetry, and blogs. This is also an open source platform for you to write blogs.

10. Blog.com – This I an online community that allows you to share your voice through writing and stand out from the crowd. A good site if you want to create personal blogs.

11. Edublogs.org – Founded last 2005, it is one of the world’s popular education blogging services. If you are a teacher or a student who wanted to share knowledge-based blogs online this is a good platform to use.
